Managing Low Back Pain While Working From Home

Zoom fatigue is real, and so is physical fatigue from sitting all day. Motion is the lotion! This workshop is designed to discuss the barriers of working from home with the connection to back pain. We will review some workstation ergonomics with creative ideas using household items, strategies to manage back pain, and easy, safe exercises that you can do to manage pain and stiffness while working from home.
