This February, we are offering another free climbing finger injury prevention class. Our last one filled up, so we decided to offer this again so the rest of our climbing community can come learn about climbing finger injuries and how to reduce your risk of finger injury. This workshop will be taught Jenny Ploss, a physical therapist with more than 15 years of rock climbing experience, and 6 years experience working with climbers with injuries. Learn about common finger injuries in rock climbing, and practice the movements you should be doing during to reduce your risk of injury.
